- We cover the return shipping costs, so you won’t have to pay for return shipping.
- We will provide the return address once your request is approved, and you will receive an email confirmation when your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. After approval:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Depending on your payment provider’s processing time, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
